Privacy Notice for Customers

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulation, and Privacy Notice Guidelines (the “Law”), we inform you as follows:

Privacy notice: Controller of Personal Data

STANDARD LOGISTICS, S.A. DE C.V. (“STANDARD GO”), located at AV. Lázaro Cárdenas No. 2475, Interior 5, Col. Residencial San Agustin, San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo León, Zip Code 66260, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. STANDARD GO hereby informs you that the information of our suppliers is treated strictly confidentially.

Privacy notice: Protection of Personal Data

STANDARD GO will maintain strict protection mechanisms to ensure the security, integrity, privacy, and confidentiality of the collected information.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Your personal data will be processed only for the following purposes:

  • To fulfill the contracts entered into with STANDARD GO.
  • To identify and register you as a supplier.
  • To administer and operate the services provided by STANDARD GO.
  • For payment processing.
  • To evaluate and analyze your personal data in order to protect at all times the legal relationship between STANDARD GO and you.
  • To perform necessary internal management related to the current commercial relationship, credit, and payment matters.
  • Invoicing and accounting.
  • Contact purposes.
  • Obtain personal references.
  • Consult and validate your personal references.
  • To comply with legal obligations in tax matters and any other applicable obligations.
  • To comply with internal administrative procedures, audits, trainings, evaluations, and internal and external investigations related to your relationship with or services provided to STANDARD GO.
  • Updating and creating databases.
  • Integrating files and complying with authorities’ requirements.
  • To comply with applicable legal provisions regarding the prevention and detection of acts, omissions, or operations that may promote, provide assistance, aid, or cooperation of any kind for the commission of crimes and offenses provided by the laws.

Additionally, we may use your data for the following secondary purposes:

  • Enroll you in our list of Suppliers.
  • Offer you, if applicable, logistics and storage services that STANDARD GO considers of interest.
  • Send you information on topics that we consider may interest you, as well as news, communications, invitations, or advertising from STANDARD GO or related institutions in Mexico or worldwide.
  • Create databases for research and statistical purposes.

The aforementioned purposes are not considered strictly necessary for the existence, maintenance, or fulfillment of the legal relationship between STANDARD GO and you. Therefore, you may deny the processing of your personal data for the mentioned purposes by contacting the Data Protection Officer of HENCO at the email address contacto@strd.com.mx.

Privacy notice: Personal Data

For the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, we may collect your personal data when you provide them directly to us through our staff, website, and other sources permitted by the Law.

We will process the following personal data:

(i) Full name and/or business name,
(ii) Address,
(iii) Date and place of birth,
(iv) Occupation,
(v) Profession,
(vi) Business activity or sector,
(vii) Telephone,
(viii) Email,
(ix) CURP (Unique Population Registry Code),
(x) RFC (Taxpayer Registry Code),
(xi) Commercial and personal references,
(xii) Copy of official identification,
(xiii) Banking information,
(xiv) Account number, and
(xv) CLABE account number, and
(xvi) Identification of the legal representative.

The above information will be kept under strict and reasonable security measures through our systems.

STANDARD GO will not collect sensitive personal data.

Privacy notice: Transfer of Personal Data

“We commit to not transferring your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and compliance with other applicable laws, as well as conducting such transfers as required by law.

We inform you that STANDARD GO may transfer your personal data to administrative, judicial, or governmental authorities of any kind, in Mexico or abroad, whenever mandated by judicial or administrative order or required by law. STANDARD GO does not require your consent for these transfers.

STANDARD GO may share your information with subcontractors, lawyers, auditors, accountants, or systems managers who need to process or store your information on behalf of STANDARD GO and under its instructions.

Your personal data may be shared with third parties interested in establishing a legal relationship with us or providing financing to STANDARD GO. By consenting to this Privacy Notice, you agree to share your information in accordance with this Privacy Notice for the purposes mentioned in this paragraph.

Exercise of ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition)

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, and oppose the processing of your personal data.

Access: You may choose to communicate with us either by phone or by directly sending a written request to contacto@strd.com.mx to find out if the company has your data.

Rectification: You may request that any of your data be corrected if it is inaccurately recorded.

Cancellation: You may request the cancellation or removal of your data as long as there is a valid reason for such action and no pending obligations need to be fulfilled.

Opposition: If you have no relationship or legal obligation with us and decide not to contract any of our services, you can exercise this right by not sharing your data.

Your request must include:

  • Full name
  • Official documents (voter ID, passport, or professional license) proving your identity or, if applicable, the legal representative’s
  • Email address or phone number to communicate the response to your request
  • Clear and precise description of the personal data you wish to exercise any of the mentioned rights on
  • Any element that facilitates the location of the data

Within a maximum period of 20 business days, we will inform you of the result of your request using the contact method you indicated. If your request is granted, STANDARD GO will implement the determination within 15 business days after communicating the response to you or your representative. The deadlines may be extended as provided by law. STANDARD GO will provide digital documents if you exercise your right of access. Revocation of Consent

You have the right to revoke the consent, if any, that you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to note that we may not be able to fulfill your request or immediately cease the use in all cases, as there may be legal obligations that require us to continue processing your personal data. Additionally, you should consider that revoking your consent may result in the termination of your relationship with us for certain purposes.
